Product Overview
Large Green Weed Control Fabric Roll is a bulk woven ground cover specially developed for landscape engineering suppliers, large horticultural bases and professional processing factories. Made from high-quality virgin polypropylene through refined circular weaving technology, this extra-large roll features an integrated green color and dense non-porous structure. The green tone is fused into the raw material during production, so it blends naturally with plants, lawns and outdoor landscapes after paving, delivering better aesthetic effect than traditional dark ground cloth. We added professional anti-UV and anti-microbial additives in production, so the fabric can resist aging, corrosion and long-term weathering in complex outdoor environments. This product is positioned as a bulk raw material rather than a finished product for direct retail. It features stable overall tension and neat woven edges, which makes it highly suitable for secondary slitting and rewinding. Business partners who do not own large yarn drawing and circular weaving production lines can simply use standard slitting machines to process this bulk roll into various finished rolls of different sizes, which greatly simplifies the procurement and production links for distributors and processors.
Key Features
This green weed control fabric relies on its dense weave to block sunlight thoroughly, forming a reliable physical isolation layer to restrain weed sprouting and spreading. It helps cut down regular manual maintenance and the use of chemical herbicides, creating a clean and eco-friendly growing environment for large areas of landscape plants and crops. Adopting industrial-grade weaving standards, the material boasts excellent toughness and wear resistance. It can cope with frequent field operations, tool friction and pedestrian activities in large parks, scenic spots and planting bases, and will not fray or tear easily. With long-lasting anti-aging performance, the fabric can maintain stable texture and functions after years of outdoor use.
While achieving ideal weed control effect, the fabric keeps balanced air and water permeability. Water, air and liquid fertilizers can pass through the weave freely, ensuring normal respiration and nutrient absorption of plant roots. The soft and pliable material fits closely to undulating ground surfaces, and plays a positive role in soil protection on large terrains and gentle slopes. Beyond field performance, its outstanding processability stands out the most. The whole roll maintains uniform thickness and even tension from start to finish. During slitting and rewinding, there will be no offset, wrinkling or loose edges. Processors can flexibly customize roll width, roll length and outer package according to market demands. This mode saves huge investment on large weaving equipment, and allows merchants to launch diversified finished products with lower operating costs.
Application Scope
Usage & Processing Guide
For direct laying work: Clear all weeds, gravel and sundries on the ground and level the soil. Unroll the fabric and lay it flat across the whole area. Cut planting openings as required, place seedlings in position, and fix the fabric edges with landscape staples or compact soil. For secondary processing: Load the large raw roll onto slitting and rewinding machines, set specifications such as width and roll length as required. Complete automatic slitting and rolling, then conduct sealed packaging. The finished products can be put into retail, wholesale and project supporting sales.
